One-Arm Chest Fly: Low / High - Tubing
			
		Sit, one arm out 
from side at hip 
level, other hand 
on abdomen. Sweep 
arm across midline in 
front of body and up 
to head level. Keep 
hips still. Anchor 
low, to side of ball. 
Repeat with 
other arm.
